By accessing or using ReiterWelt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

ReiterWelt is a B2B platform for requesting and managing quotes for equestrian equipment.

We offer tools for customers to request quotes and for businesses to manage quotes, invoices, and production orders.

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Quote requests submitted through our platform do not constitute binding offers.

Prices and availability are subject to confirmation.

Payment terms: 100% in advance or 50% in advance and 50% before shipping.

All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

All content on ReiterWelt, including text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of REITER WELT or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Where our tools allow you to upload artwork, logos or other content (for example in the sponsor-jump or fencing configurators), you warrant that you own this content or hold all licences needed to use it.

By uploading, you grant REITER WELT a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, adapt and print the uploaded content to the extent needed to prepare your design, produce the ordered products and fulfil your order, including passing print files to our production partners.

You will indemnify REITER WELT against third-party claims arising from content you upload in breach of this warranty.

You remain responsible for any personal data contained in content you upload.

Some of our configurators offer a production-slot deposit (currently €500 for sponsor jumps). The deposit is a flat amount charged in EUR and is credited toward the final price of your order.

14-day money-back guarantee: you may cancel within 14 days of payment for a full refund of the deposit. After 14 days the deposit is non-refundable, because the product is custom-made to your specification and production capacity is reserved for you. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications (Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU); the 14-day guarantee above is granted contractually in its place.

For business buyers with a valid EU VAT number (verified in the VIES register) the deposit is treated as a net amount under the reverse-charge mechanism; otherwise the amount includes applicable VAT. The advance is invoiced in accordance with applicable tax law.

The design you pay for is stored exactly as it was at the moment of payment; later edits in the configurator do not change the reserved design.

Your use of ReiterWelt is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we rely on your consent (for example, for marketing emails), we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it at any time.

ReiterWelt is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for errors or omissions in content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REITER WELT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify REITER WELT from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe your behavior violates these terms or harms other users.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

Any disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
